WowFactor DTA travel baseball teams will strive to be the premier program for players who desire to develop their skills and abilities. Our goal is to get each of our players to the "next level", whether that is starting on their high school team, playing college, or professional ball.

Our teams will be competitive at the highest levels of play through superior skill development, effort and teamwork, and our teams will play the game in a "team-first" atmosphere, providing support for each teammate/player.

Our coaches and staff will strive to be a positive influence on the personal development of all our program members, and help to develop not only talented ballplayers, but talented young men. We will also work to be an invaluable resource for parents and players seeking information and advice on the recruiting and draft process and use our network of professional scouts, college coaches, and former players to provide program members with a valuable resource.
